Its website says it offers followers, likes, views and other services for platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Telegram and TikTok. It also advertises PayTM, PayPal and other payment methods, along with a reseller API. The site names Socyally FZCO in its copyright notice. Its terms state that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and that it may change a service type when it believes that is necessary to complete an order.

The company’s own claims are worth separating from what a buyer can verify. Crescitaly says orders are fulfilled within minutes and support is available 24/7 through WhatsApp, phone and tickets. It also promotes drip-feed orders, which split delivery into smaller amounts over time. Its terms, however, say delivery times are only estimates and that rates can change without notice. Those policies matter more than the marketing claims when judging what a customer can expect.

Online reviews are mixed, with some serious complaints. SMM.guide reports a 2.7/5 rating from 69 Sitejabber reviews, including complaints about failed deliveries, orders marked complete without service and refund disputes. Reddit discussions also contain positive reports about support and retention, but other users describe poor service and disagreement over what was delivered. One Reddit post alleges fake reviews, but that is an allegation, not proof. These reviews should be treated as individual experiences, not a verified measure of overall performance.
